Tombouctou (Timbuktu)
It doesn't look like much and it actually isn't. That dark spot with the road leading to it is Timbuktu in Mali. Just south of it is the Niger river. A340-300 CS-TOA flying from Luanda (FNLU) to Lisbon (LPPT).
