Ice Indicator

Posted by Picasa This device, installed between the windscreens, indicates ice accretion on the airframe telling the crew that its time to switch on the wing anti-ice system. This shot is A321 CS-TJG descending towards London Heathrow (EGLL). An ice build up is clearly visible.

    Não há aqui nenhuma confusão? Isso parece um dispositivo exterior ao windscreen! Para estar dentro do windscreen teria de haver uma ligação ao exterior comprometendo a segurança do mesmo...
